Rezervasyonsuz gittiğimiz Kaş'ta tesadüfen bulduğumuz bir pansiyon. Konum şahane çarşıya limana 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Temiz düzenli kendine özel plajı olması büyük avantaj. Kahvaltısı yeterli manzara müthiş.

Deniz manzaralı odada konakladım tek olduğum için endişem vardı ama evinizde gibi hissedeceğiniz biryer. Odalar temiz, konum her yere yakın, gözünüzü deniz manzarası karsısında açmanın verdiği hissiyat bile yetiyor.

5 gün boyunca evimizde gibi hissettik, çalışanlar ilgili güler yüzlü, odalar çok temiz, kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Bahçesi ayrı huzurlu ve keyifliydi. Plajının olması ve çarşıya yakınlığı, konumu çok iyiydi. Bundan sonraki Kaş tatillerimizde tercihimiz olacak.

Gülşen Pansiyonda eşim ve çocuklarımızla (8 ve 10 yaş) 3 gece kaldık. Kaş’ta çok merkezi bir konumda, denize sıfır kendi iskelesi var ve deniz cam gibiydi. Çocuklarla çok rahat edebileceğiniz bir yer. Çalışanlar gülen yüzlü ve her daim yardıma hazırlardı, tam bir aile işletmesi. Bundan sonra her sene gidip uzun uzun kalmak isteyeceğimiz ikinci evimiz.

Incredible sea access. I came every day and enjoyed the exceptional views only this location could offer. The sea access cafe and the hotel had excellent staff, which really made this part of my trip so special. I would highly recommend it to families, couples, and solo travellers! The view of the Mediterranean and Kastellorizo in the distance is unbeatable!

This is an excellent little hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean, get a room at the back with a balcony for incredible views. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I went in the off season so no breakfast. The room was at a good price though so happy to go and get lentil soup for breakfast.
Staff happy to let me use the kitchen to make coffee in the mornings. Overall great place would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of 9 Turkish/Swedish people that stayed 4 nights at this hotel in July 2023. We had a wonderful stay at this B&B! Incredible views from our balcony, an amazing garden, wonderful Turkish breakfast and swimming access straight from the breakfast area. Rooms were clean and great for a B&B. Very nice staff and owners. Much recommended!

Family run business which has private access to the sea. Kas in general has rocky sea beaches (not sandy beaches), so this beach/ sea acess no different. The sea is deep in this area. The hotel rooms are clean, with a balcony with two chairs and a table, flat screen tv, bathrooms a bit small but new and clean, hair dryer, hot water, a/c, heater, wifi (average strength), safe neighborhood, sunbeds free to use, owners more than eager to help with anything you need.
Walking distance from the otogar (bus station), 5 minute walk to the amphitheater which has amazing sunset views. A Helenistic Temple on the roadside on the way to the hotel. 4th Century NC Lycian King Tomb is also 15 minute walking distance. The harbor where all the boat tours leave is 5 minute walk.
Plenty of eateries within 10 minutes walking distance, grocery shop, SOK shop (good to get water, softdrinks, juice, snacks, soap, deodorants, toilettries etc).
You can also sit by the sea and enjoy the sunset. You can also sit at night and enjoy the moonlit night at your own time without anyone bothering you.
There are tables and chairs near the sea and therefore, you can have your breakfast at the dinning room, or by the garden or you can have it by sea while basking in the sunlight.
This is not a 5 star hotel, so please dont expect 5 star luxury at a budget price. There are plenty of 5 star hotels with higher prices in Kas. This is a family run business who are doing an excellent job and providing a homely environment.
We loved our stay and would come back again.

Breakfast is really poor for that price. You guys preparing only ONE MEAL and it has to be PERFECT. Tea and other amenities has never supposed to be finished and always has to be refilled. That's simple.. Rooms are clean, but shower has weird design that has no doors. So be ready the bathroom floor gonna be so wet.
